Indeed, overnight the famed Jackson Heights tree across from Espresso 77 transformed into a festive tree, sprouting pumpkins, colorful masks and glowing lights. Without a doubt Afzal Hossain, the owner of this neighborhood gem is responsible for bringing this extra piece of holiday joy to the neighborhood, and we all thank him for that!

If you haven’t seen the tree, simply turn the corner off of 37th ave onto 77th street and have a look. And while you are there, pop by the cafe and say hi to Afzal 😉
