Ranked among the top 5% of all of Downstate Region

EXIT Realty Downstate Awarded Armen & Armen with one of the highest production awards at the Annual Regional convention which took place at Leonard’s of Great Neck on March 20th. It comes as no surprise as Armens have ranked among the top agents in the firm for past six quarters in a row.  Armens’ Principal Broker Vincent Koo received Broker of the Year Award and his respective offices brought home majority of awards in all categories including Office of the Year, Highest Production and Listing Volume.

Registered Buyer Pool Reaches Over 440
Just over a year ago Armens began to publish the count of our buyer pool which is partially responsible for the speed of their sales. That number currently stands at 442, as new registrations continue to be added.

Proud Supporters of Queens World Film Festival
2014 was second year in a row that Armen & Armen supported the Queens World Film Festival. Being big patrons of the arts, and artists themselves, they see the value that the festival brings to the community. Armen Kojoyian was also responsible for the design of the festival’s logo and the brochure in 2014, and Amens’ two page ad gave interesting Hollywood trivia on one of the prominent Jackson Heights Buildings.

IN THE MEDIA: DNAinfo and Brownstoner
Armens are grateful to the media sources, especially DNAinfo and Brownstoner, which cast a spotlight on a multitude of their listings, partially contributing to their success in the Jackson Heights marketplace.  Their listings at the Berkley, Donner Gardens, Belvedere East, Belvedere West and Sheila Terrace were among the featured.
