Jackson Heights SOLD OUT – It’s ironic to say, but after sending out the deal sheet this morning on our last remaining active listing I began telling all new callers that we are SOLD OUT of our inventory. Our prediction has proved to be completely true. The buyer pool has far exceeded the number of available listings in Jackson Heights, and home prices are experiencing a steady climb.
