In addition to all pre-existing NY State Guidelines, Brokers must comply with the following new requirements:

– Brokers must provide the New York State Housing and Anti-Discrimination Disclosure Form in person or electronically at the first  substantive contact

Fair Housing Notice form must be displayed at the viewing/ private open house.

– Brokers must provide the REBNY suggested COVID Forms to be filled out and returned in advance of showing:

 COVID Limitation of Liability forms and the COVID Health Questionaire
